Natural themes with a contemporary twist give the Lucina K Jewelry line a very distinctive look. "The inspiration for Lucina K Jewelry line comes from the faith and spirit that Lori's Grandmother embodied. As a child Lori learned through her that creating things nurtures your soul, connects you to God, the creator, and brings joy to others. This line is named after Lori's Grandmother Lucina, in a tribute to the creativity she lived."
Each piece in the Lucina K Jewelry line begins by making a small sculpture in wax. Using the ancient method of lost wax casting, the Lucina K. Jewelry pieces are faithfully reproduced to the finest of detail; bringing to life the wax sculpture in the brilliance of Silver, the metal of the ages, or in tarnish free pewter. The Lucina K Jewelry pieces are hand finished and neatly packaged in a display/gift box along with an artist bio and story card unique to each piece.
The Lucina K. Studio is Located in Tallahassee, Florida. Lori Strickland and her husband, Charles have been manufacturing jewelers for almost twenty years, producing models, molds and prototypes for jewelers throughout the United States.
